returns policy

If you wish to return/exchange something, please send us an email at with your order number and concern and we’ll be happy to look into it!


  • Items may be exchanged for a different size/style, provided that shipping back and forth will be handled by the buyer. Packaging must be in tact, with seal (if applicable).
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • In the event that an item is purchased before a sale/promo, it is not eligible for an exchange to avail of the promo price.


  • Customers are entitled to a refund ONLY if there is a defect in the quality of goods. Change of mind is NOT a reason to request for a refund.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your preferred payment channel. 


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging of item/s, unless it is the seller's fault (wrong item delivered, damaged item delivered).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
